Only custodial contacts with a matching email address can be registered and linked to a student within the Focus Parent Portal. If you are a non-Custodial contact attempting to link to a student, please contact the student's school. The school will provide custodial guardian(s) with the Parent Portal Access Authorization Form (1459) which needs to be completed, signed by custodial guardian(s), and returned to the school site for processing. Without this authorization from all custodial guardians, non-custodial contacts will not be linked to students.
